Cartoons that are drawn by Mike Waters. Drawn for his own church ministry. However, he makes them available for others to enjoy, and perhaps use for their own ministry. These cartoons are based on the Scriptures. Each cartoon contains a verse from the Bible along with a cartoon illustration. It is his prayer (and mine) that they will exhort and encourage Christians in their walk with the Lord, and also that they may be a vehicle to reach out to others.

Cartoonist's Comment: In Revelation 5:5, Jesus is referred to as the Lion of the tribe of Judah. Like a lion, our Lord is powerful and strong, and able to protect us from the enemy.

Cartoonist's Comment: The Hebrew word translated repent is nacham, which means to turn around, or change one's mind. On the highway of sin, there is only one destination. Repentance takes us in the opposite direction, to the road that leads to life. (Matthew 7:14 NIV)

Cartoonist's Comment: The Kingdom of God, the Church, is an oasis in the middle of the dry desert of the world. God invites those who are thirsty to come and partake of His bounteous table.
